First of all,/
let’s pray and thanks/ to Allah SWT,/ who has given us/ mercies and blessings./
So we can attend/ this program without any obstacles.
My happy
brothers and sisters…/ In this opportunity I deliver the speech under title
“DEVOTION TO PARENTS”.
Talking about
parents means/ talking about persons we love..,/ respect and honor/ Parents
have delivered/ and introduced us/ into this real world./ Parents have raised/
and made us/ into what we are today./ So,/ as children of course/ we have to
thank/ and devote our selves/ to our parents./ And all good deeds and virtues/
have also been mentioned/ in al-Quran./ In a fact, parents’ dignity/ has
special position/ not only in the eyes of law/ but also/ in our society and
religion./ Devoting to both parents/ is a must/ and become one of the very noble
deeds./
Therefore my
dear friends..,/ if you want to be happy/ and success/ in your life/ then you
have to obey your parents./ Never say “NO” or “AH”/ to all of their good
command/ and never hurt their feeling/ particularly to our mother./ like our prophet
Muhammad said that/ “heaven lies under mother’s feet”/ al-jannatu tahtal
aqdamul ummahaat./
Parents have
struggled/ and worked hard/ in order to provide their children/ with good
education/ and proper life/ although they are in a very needy or poor
condition. Parents’ care,/ attention and love will never be end./ They
patiently/ look after you/ without any complaints/ and do this with their
sincere heart./
So my beloved
friends…
As good
children/ we should prove our dedication/ by studying hard/ obeying and
respecting/ our parents. And taking care of them/ especially/ when they are old
and weak/ because our parents merit is uncountable/ and we must always
remember/ that parents Ridho is Allah’s Ridho. I think that’s
all my speech for tonight/ and please excuse for any mistakes.
